Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I am married to a beautiful man named JP and a frightened dad Henry. The majority of people are familiar with me from my Instagram @annephung, where I document my life - highs, lows, and all in between. When I was just 1 year old my family, me and my parents immigrated from the United States to America. If it wasn't for the hard work of my parents, I wouldn't even be here today sharing my life with people like you. Knowing I had an opportunity to have a brighter future, I aimed to impress them and had a clear vision in the direction of achievement. I had a set plan in life: go to university, get a job, get married, buy an apartment and have children. The life I had imagined for myself did not turn out. In 2013, I found that I hated being at my corporate job. The status and the money didn't not excite me. I felt like I wasted my time to earn an income. I had a passion for working out and I enjoyed getting out and about with friends. as I navigated towards my new career path. I discovered my passion for personal training. My business started in 2014, and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success this year, 2021. There are a few Asian females working in the field. My mission in this field is to help create a sustainable and healthier lifestyle that can meet the demands of my clients. Furthermore, I try to motivate others to follow the goals they have set for themselves in order to achieve whatever they want to achieve. As my career began to take off, I experienced the greatest loss of my life- the passing of my mom. Her eight-year battle was won. battle with Scleroderma and now rests in Heaven and with me in my thoughts and heart always. We can learn a lot from our experiences, though we might not be able to spot it in the moment. The passing of my mother has altered my life in many different ways. It is my belief that my death provided me with an opportunity to begin the next chapter. Her passing in the year of Tet/Lunar New Year Day was the chance to create with a fresh start. For me, it was a second chance for me to live a fulfilling life. The thing I'm feeling now in my 30s is an experience of awe and vitality. It's as if I am truly living, instead of just being. My goal in the story I am sharing is to inform you that, you are not the only one. I want you to believe that love is real and that therapy is regular. Your health is the most important asset you have. Because death is all there is in this world I wish you a great time in living your life to the fullest and leave without regrets.
